How to Submit your work

Online

Text-based submissions

• Complete the online Submission Form & submit it.

• Successful submission will take you to the submission receipt screen.

• Print the submission receipt page if you require a receipt of your date of submission.

Art, graphics, multimedia/video and animation submissions

• Complete the online Submission Form & submit it.

• Successful submission will take you to the submission receipt screen.

• On the submission receipt screen, you will find the email submission link graphic,  Click the email submission link to launch your email program.   Attach your submission/s as either a .jpg or .bmp file (maximum file size = 2Mb), or .mpg or .swf file  (maximum file size = 6Mb) to the email.  Emails containing any other type of attached file (eg: .exe) will be automatically deleted.

• Include the name and email address you entered on the submission form.  Ensure each submission is titled with the same title name given in the submission form.

• Send the email to us.

• If you require an acknowledgement of the delivery of your email, please use the return receipt function in your email program.
