Letters to Michael - a visionary novel

A story of endless love and adventure

When Kate and Michel die
they quickly discover that
the Afterlife can be Heaven or Hell,
depending on your point of view.

"A thoroughly good read"

Prepare to cry and laugh out loud
and feel good all over.

Life's Too Short

Recently, I was told
That life was far too short,
After giving this some careful thought
This statement gets my full support.

Life has just four letters.
That really isn’t long.
And usually four-letter words
Aren’t nice and way too strong.

So I intend to make life longer
And I’ll start out in the middle,
By replacing ”f” with “ph”
Liphe is longer, by just a little.

I plan to be around quite long
And the ideas are quite rife,
Of all the many little ways
That I can lengthen life.

Try adding some silent letters
Like a “g” of “k” in front.
Try that “i” before “e” except after “c” thing
As another letter adding stunt.

Kliephe is somewhat longer
But not nearly long enough.
I need some inspiration
And that might prove rather tough.

But wait! A light bulb suddenly appears.
I shout out “Mama mia!”
Those two words enough and tough
Give me a great idea.

They both seem to end in “f’
Even though one is not there,
I think a “g” between the “p” and “h’
Would really give it flair.

Kliepghe now spells life,
So please don’t spell it wrong.
And notify the Nobel people
I’ve found a way to make life twice as long.

So here I finish with this wish
Have no worry, cares, nor strife.
And I wish to everyone,
A long and happy Kliepghe.
